Executing gg2 from a bash script within the Docker container jrobertson/humblerpi-megabundle

#!/bin/bash

# file: gg2.sh

ruby -r rscript -e "code2, args = RScript.new.read %w(//job:execute_command http://www.jamesrobertson.eu/qbx/r/dandelion_a2/gg2.rsf http://a0.jamesrobertson.eu/qbx/r/niko-aliases.txt $1); puts eval(code2)"

If the gg2.sh script was located in the file directory /home/pi/data then it could be executed within the Docker container jrobertson/humblerpi-megabundle by first running the Docker run command docker run --rm -ti --privileged -v /home/pi/data:/data jrobertson/humblerpi-megabundle

Then we simply use the gg2 script to launch any of the alias command associated with that box (e.g. ./gg2.sh tim).
