Temporary Administrative Assistant

Job description

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrative Assistant to join our client in the west of Edinburgh. The chosen candidate must have a car due to location. The working week is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. The salary is 7.50 - 8.50per hour. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

Word processing; 
Letter writing; 
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries; 
Creating and maintaining filing systems; 
Scheduling meetings rooms and setting meetings up for each; 
Keeping diaries and arranging appointments; 
Organising travel for staff. 
using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases 
Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts; 
Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment; 

Experience required: 

Experience in an administration/Customer Facing role 
Confident and well presented 
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
