I've been out for a walk this evening and it has refreshed my mind

I feel I can concentrate better and I have better control of my thoughts thanks to a long walk this evening. I walked from the west end of Edinburgh all the way back home, and that's well over a mile.

Perhaps this is something I should do more often since I typically spend an evening in semi sleep, rested state of calmness. That's fine, however I'm curious to know if I can form more productive habits at more than just at a set period within the morning or afternoon.
